How To Become A Member
- Tour: Schedule a tour and orientation of the facility with Design Annex staff or a designated volunteer. Contact us now to schedule your tour.
- Test Drive: Schedule two half days to work in the space.
- Apply: Submit Application and Membership Agreement with $100 application fee. (If the prospective member is denied this fee is returned. If accepted, half this fee is refunded upon return of keys.) To foster community building, all new members must commit to a initial minimum period of at least three months.
- Review: Applications will be reviewed within two weeks. Prospective members may be contacted for an interview.
- Enrollment: If accepted, new members will visit the Design Annex and meet with staff to complete enrollment documents, to make initial payment and to obtain keys, equipment code and entry alarm code.
